CASA for York County Executive Director
Joe has been CASA for York County's Executive Director since the spring of 2026. Joe has twelve years of teaching with eight years in special education.

Janae has her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and more than 6 years of experience working with children and in Child Welfare. She says she feels most fulfilled when she is making a difference in someone's life, especially in the
lives of children.
